Deneuve Dazzles In Venice

The young guns of Hollywood, Scarlett Johansson, Josh Hartnett, Aaron Eckhart and Hilary Swank, marched up the red carpet in all their finery to open the Venice film festival Wednesday night. The festival kicked off with Brian de Palma's heavily stylized The Black Dahlia (The story of the notorious, unsolved, 1940’s Hollywood murder) starring Johansson.

The real glamour, however, was provided by this year’s president of the judging panel, Miss Catherine Deneuve. Resplendent in Gaultier, the 63 yr old icon showed everyone what star quality is all about.

Those suffering from recent Deneuve withdrawal will be pleased to hear she will be a guest star of season 4 of "Nip / Tuck". Playing a woman who wants her late husband's cremated ashes implanted in her breast implants so she can always be close to him!
